Real Estate Creative House was born to help real estate professionals establish a real video strategy in today's crowded social media world. After a decade producing content for corporate real estate, television stations, and the Anaheim Ducks - Real Estate Creative House is a blend of all modern video production styles. Beautiful sweeping hand-held gimbal shots, must have cinematic drone videography, and a journalist approach to scripting and explaining the value of - not just the home - but the surrounding community and active lifestyles that you’re an expert in. 

Let’s not forget about the laborious task of editing. We now have a VERTICAL formatted approach to most projects, rather than the traditional TV sized horizontal aspect ratio. A tremendous amount of social content is being watched vertically on Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok. All of the content we produce together will be edited and tailored to our agreed real estate video marketing strategy which usually includes a mixture of square, portrait, vertical and traditional formatted content specifically for YouTube.
